Ginger powder - ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
How To Make Bakhadwadi Sandwich
Take out the flour in a vessel. Add 1/2 small spoon of salt, 1/4 small spoon of oats and 1/4 cup of oil in the flour and mix well, prepare the dough with the help of water. So much so that less than 1/2 cup water has been used in the dough. Cover the dough for 15-20 minutes and the dough will be set and ready.
Take out coconut powder, sesame, poppy seeds, coriander powder, fennel powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar in a bowl. Prepare fine powder with all these ingredients in a mixer jar.
