PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH, Healthy Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich Recipes



For a sandwich control stuffed with protein and potassium, attempt a nutty spread and banana sandwich.

This is one of my most loved sound and simple sandwiches on account of the fibre in the bread, protein in the nutty spread and potassium in the banana. 

It has a characteristic nutty sweetness you will love! 

You can switch it up by changing out your preferred banana for another product, similar to an apple.


Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
½ banana sliced
½ Tablespoon of peanut butter

Directions:

Toast 2 cuts of entire wheat bread, 

spread nutty spread crosswise over one cut of bread, 

lay cut bananas crosswise over and put the other cut to finish everything. 

Cut the sandwich down the middle and appreciate!
